Cornish Tours | Terms & Conditions

  1. To confirm your reservation with Cornish Tours, we will send you an invoice containing a payment link/bank transfer details, for a 25% deposit (per person).

  2. We accept most mayor credit/debit cards without any charge though you may be charged by your credit card provider for international transactions.

  3. The balance payment will be charged 7 days prior to the tour. If your tour is reserved within 7 days, full pre-payment will be required at the point of reservation.

  4. Cancellations received at least 28 days prior to your tour;  your deposit will be refunded, less a £10 pp administration fee; if received within 28 days, and up to 14 days prior, your deposit will not be refunded; within 7 days a further 50% will be charged; with 48 hours full payment will be made. If we are able to re-sell the tour at the same or greater value, your deposit (less the admin fee) will be refunded.

  5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover the costs of any cancellations incurred as set out above.

  6. To ensure the tours run smoothly, we respectively request that you adhere to our departure times for the duration of your time with us.

  7. Cornish Tours reserves the right not to permit you to board the vehicle if we consider excessive alcohol has been consumed. In such instances, it will be your responsibility to arrange onward transportation.
