We don’t like to brag… but… it is pretty stunning around here – especially if you know where to go. And that’s where we come in, we can take you to the most amazing stretches of the coast - and avoid the crowds at the same time.
For 2025, we have three distinctly different coastal-based tours for you to enjoy.
From heading east to Fowey & Charlestown, where you will learn more about these two important ports on the south Cornwall coast; to heading west to discover the Rame and the important city-port of Plymouth.
Our final tour journeys further afield to the north coast of Cornwall and three of the most iconic villages in the county.
As with our other day tours – if there’s something you’d like to do & explore that is not included; we’d be happy to discuss putting a bespoke tour together for you.
You won’t need you sea-legs for these coastal jaunts…
TOUR ONE
Fowey & Charlestown
With winding streets, and historic harbours, this tour shares the local knowledge and passion that we all have for the sea - and how it’s interwoven into our lives.
-
You’ll be collected circa 9.30am, and transported to Fowey, via the Lanteglos Highway & Bodinnick Ferry.
On arrival in Fowey, you’ll be greeted by a local professional guide, Lucy Daniel, for a one-hour guided walk through the Town - ending at the Fowey Harbour Hotel for a hot drink & slice of something sweet!
Departing Fowey, we will head to Charlestown Harbour where we will have a two-course lunch in either the Pier Head Hotel or the Rashleigh Arms.
After lunch, guests will be met by Lyndon Allen, a local historian, for a behind-the-scenes 90-minute guided tour of the harbour.
We will then return to the Looe area late afternoon.

We will then make the short drive to the Mount Edgecumbe Estate, where you’ll have time to admire the grounds, and the exterior of the majestic house & walk down to the quayside in Cremyll.
From here, you’ll catch the passenger ferry across the river Tamar to the Royal William Yard, where you’ll enjoy lunch at the Hook & Line or Le Vignoble.
After lunch, we will journey to the historic Barbican where you’ll enjoy a tour of the famous Plymouth Gin distiller, the oldest working distillery in England, dating to 1753.
